Pellworks supplies single feed processing machines to small and medium farms: grind your own maize, mix your own ration, press your own pellets. We start at one unit, we quote FOB to your port, and we run-test every machine before it leaves.
Pigs, poultry or fish means the feed line: grind, mix, pellet. Cattle, goats or sheep means the forage line: chop, knead, ensile.

We do not start production on a verbal order.
We run the machine and send video before you pay the balance. Then 70% against bill of lading.
Pellworks is the export brand of Shenzhen Guiqin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., supplying feed and forage processing machinery — hammer mills, mixers, pellet mills and chaff cutters — to farms and small feed plants worldwide.
Yes. A 260-type pellet mill packs to about 1.1 CBM and 380 kg net, so it ships LCL without filling a container. Many of our first orders are a single unit plus a spare die and roller set.
Tell us your supply before we quote — 220V single phase, 220V/380V/415V three phase, 50 or 60 Hz. Motors are wound to order, so this is decided before production, not after. Single phase is realistic up to about 4 kW; above that you need three phase, and no supplier can change that.
Maize, soybean meal, wheat bran, alfalfa, straw and rice husk all pellet, but they need different die compression ratios and moisture. This is why we ask for your material before quoting — a die cut for maize will struggle on rice husk.
Typically 300–600 operating hours for a flat die on abrasive material such as rice husk, longer on maize. We ship a spare set with the machine so your first replacement does not stop production.
It depends on the country. The Philippines and Vietnam have no pre-shipment certification for these machines. Kenya requires PVoC and Tanzania PVoC; Nigeria requires SONCAP. Tell us the port and we will tell you exactly what applies and what it costs before you order.
30% deposit, 70% against a copy of the bill of lading, by T/T. Samples and spare-part orders are prepaid. We do not take card payments for machine orders.
