Flat die pellet mills built for cattle, poultry, pig and fish farms. Three models covering 100–800 kg/h, single or three phase, shipped in a fumigation-free plywood case.
All three share the same die system, the same wearing parts and the same shipping crate design. Pick by output, not by budget — under-sizing is the mistake we see most often.
You buy maize and soybean meal at grain prices and press your own pellets, instead of buying finished feed at retail. What that saves you depends on local grain prices — send us yours and we will work it out.
Pelleting gelatinises starch under heat and pressure, binding fines into a firm pellet. Less sorting, less dust, less feed on the floor.
Twelve months on the machine. Dies and rollers are kept on the shelf, because a mill waiting three weeks for a die is a mill that has stopped earning.
Every number below is measured on the machine we ship, not catalogue copy. Ask for the test report of your specific unit before balance payment.

The same mill handles corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, grass meal, straw, rice husk and peanut vine — as long as moisture stays between 10% and 18%.
6 mm pellets from straw + corn + bran. Cuts waste from trampling and sorting.
4 mm pellets improve intake and reduce feed-to-meat ratio on small holdings.
3 mm crumbles for broilers and layers; less dust, less spillage in the coop.
2–3 mm sinking pellets that hold shape in water for 30+ minutes.
Dies and rollers are consumables — a working farm replaces them every 3 to 6 months. We keep them on the shelf and ship by DHL in 3–5 days, so your machine never waits for a container.
Order spare parts →We quote FOB Qingdao by default. For CIF, add sea freight and insurance — typically $180–320 for one PW-260 to East Africa or Southeast Asia by LCL, depending on the season. Send us your nearest port and we will give you an exact CIF number within one working day.
PW-160 and PW-210 can. PW-260 and above normally need 380V three-phase, because 15 kW on single phase draws too much current. If your site only has 220V, we can supply a diesel engine version instead — same mill, different drive.
No. This is a dry-in, dry-out mill. Raw material at 10–18% moisture goes straight in. If your grain is wetter than 18%, dry it in the sun first or add a small hammer mill and drier to the line.
The machine arrives assembled on its base frame. You need a flat concrete floor, the correct power supply, and about two hours to bolt it down and run the first batch. We support commissioning by video call — no engineer visit is required or charged.
We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Some countries require pre-shipment inspection — Nigeria (SONCAP), Kenya (PVoC), Tanzania (TBS), Saudi Arabia (SASO). Tell us your destination before ordering and we will confirm exactly what is needed and who arranges it.
30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% against the bill of lading copy. Orders below $1,000 are 100% in advance. We do not offer open account terms on first orders.
On clean grain at 12–15% moisture, a die runs 300–500 hours and a roller set 250–400 hours. Grinding sand or grit into the feed will destroy them in days — always clean raw material before milling.
Yes. We send a video of your exact unit running with your raw material after production, before you pay the balance. If the video does not match the specification, you do not pay and we refund the deposit.
Not a catalogue — a quote with the right model, the right die, and the shipping cost to your port. Reply within 12 working hours.
